Design with a steady hand
Poise is an independent studio shaping identities, websites and launch material for founders who care how things feel.

A small studio for brands that want to feel considered
We work with a handful of founders each season. Strategy, identity and the website come from one small team, so nothing gets lost between handoffs.
No account managers and no templates. Just careful work, made with you and built to last.
How a project unfolds
01
Listen
A long first conversation with the people behind the brand, and a short written brief we agree on together.
02
Define
Positioning, audience and one clear creative direction, settled before any polish.
03
Design
Identity, website and assets in weekly rounds, with every working file shared openly.
04
Build
We build the site in Framer, so your team can edit every page after launch.
05
Hand over
Guidelines, templates and a short training session, so the brand keeps its shape.

Week 1
Discovery
A long call, a short questionnaire and a written brief we both sign off.

Week 2
Direction
Moodboards and two clear routes, presented in person or on a call.

Week 3
First round
The chosen route becomes a working identity: mark, type and colour.

Week 4
Refine
Details, applications and a plan for the website build.

“We would rather do fewer projects properly than many in a hurry.”
Lena spent fifteen years in brand and editorial studios before starting Poise. She still leads every project personally, from the first call to the day the site goes live.

Where the building happens
“Lena listened for a whole afternoon before drawing anything. A year on, our packaging still feels exactly like us.”

Nora Lindqvist
Founder, Halden Ceramics
“The site is calm, quick and our editors update it every day without asking anyone for help.”

Tomas Reyes
Editor, Oakline Journal
“They gave us a brand that feels like walking into the shop. Customers mention it all the time.”
